Oded Sets New World Record!

Seriously, does this guy's ER chart qualify him for the Guinness World Record? Surely if it is good enough for the court, it should be good enough for the book. Question is, how do you convert that pesky imperial BAC percentage the local pigs use to metric ppm?

The amount of alcohol in your blood stream is referred to as Blood Alcohol Level (BAL). It is recorded in milligrams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood, or milligrams percent. For example, a BAL of .10 means that 1/10 of 1 percent (or 1/1000) of your total blood content is alcohol.

The Latvian dude had about double the BAL. I think they are both pussies and cowards and I am inviting them here on the Tank for a drinkoff. unless they're scared.
